Я вот что думаю,связвться с NC Soft и купить у них право на создание полноценного лицензионного сервера,оффициального,просто для пользователей уфанет,т.к. сервак будет работать на выделеном АйПи трафф будет по 5 коп,а для всех остальных-обычная тарификация...
ЗА полноценный лицензионный сервер,где будет все и все будет работать...
А че на втором сервере поставить-хз...

Basic data processing operations

Storing is saving data or information so that they are available for initial or for additional processing. Data storage hierarchy
