To get a practice in english it's better to go some real english speaking zone and talk there real themes. The best thing is working with originally english speaking people in routine. Reading books from eng. writers is very usefull as well. Only then, esp. books and movies, one would see how poor is his english(I mean glossary) and improve his language rapidly.
Even conversation with english speaking people will not give you much glossary bcs they use may be 2500 or 3000 words in routine.
Unfortunaly, in Ufa, itsn't easy to find real books and movies in english.
P.S. Don't offer me audio courses from Ilona Davydova :D
